The Madison Public Schools Board of Education consists of nine members who are elected by the voters of Madison. Each volunteer member serves a four-year term.
John R. Dean has lived in Madison for over 30 years. He is the vice president of marketing for Walsh Associates in Southington, a company he's been with for five years. Prior to that Mr. Dean spent 30 years at IBM. He served on the Planning and Zoning Commission from 1985 to 1999.
